Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order checkout process. For orders above a certain amount (as indicated on the website), shipping costs may be fully or partially waived.

Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after confirmed payment is received, unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination. We make every effort to meet the delivery times we have specified. However, delays may occur due to external circumstances, such as disruptions to the carrier’s service or force majeure situations.

Pre-orders
Products offered as pre-orders have a separate, adjusted delivery time. The expected shipping date is clearly stated on the product page. By placing a pre-order, the customer agrees to this estimated delivery time. Should shipping be unexpectedly delayed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Responsibility for Delivery
Once a package has been shipped, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the selected carrier. SKROBBER is not liable for delays or damage during transport, unless there is proven negligence on SKROBBER’s own part.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be charged.

International Shipping
For international shipments, additional costs such as import duties and taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
